Riiba produkcija d.o.o. is the maintenance contractor for the website www.visitizola.com and in accordance with its contract with ITB it performs tasks for ITB relating to maintenance and enhancement of the portal. Riiba produkcija and possible other external companies performing certain activities for ITB in the context of the portal undertake to process personal data only to the extent of their authorisation from ITB, and they shall not process data, nor may they, for any other purpose.

Rules of the “Asparagus Days” Contest
Article 1: Call Organizer
Organizer of the of the “Asparagus Days” Contest (hereafter: contest) is the tourist association Turistično združenje Izola, g.i.z., Ljubljanska ulica 17, 6310 Izola, Slovenia (hereafter: TZI).
Article 2: Contest Duration
The contest takes place from 30th of March 2019 until midnight of 28th of April 2019.
Article 3: Contest Publication
The contest takes place on the website www.visitizola.com.
The purpose of the contest is to get traffic to the website www.visitizola.com and support of the communication campaign of the destination.
Article 4: Ways, Set Forth in the Contest Terms
The “Asparagus Days” Contest includes all entities, fulfilling all the conditions for participation on the TZI website www.visitizola.com in their entirety during the period from 30th of March 2019 until midnight of 28th of April 2019.
Article 5: Prizes
TZI will (in accordance with these Rules) choose 10 participants by means of a draw from among those, who will fulfil the questionnaire on the website of TZI.
They will get the following gift:
1 x GIFT VOUCHER FOR LUNCH OR DINNER IN ONE OF THE BELOW WRITTEN RESTAURANTS, WHO ARE PARTICIPATING IN JUNE’S CULINARY EVENT “DAYS OF DOMESTIC SEA SHELLS” IN IZOLA
The gift voucher can be used during the period of the event “Days of domestic sea shells”, taking place from 1st and 16th of June 2019 in Izola.
Prize value (of and individual gift voucher): EUR 20

Article 6: Contest Terms
Everyone who accepts these terms of participation in the contest.
The employees of TZI and connected companies that participate in the implementation of the contest, may not enter the contest.
Legal entities may not participate in the contest. All participants in the content are aware of and agree to the general terms and conditions of the contest (hereafter: terms and conditions), made available at http://www.visitizola.com and existing in physical form at the organizer’s main office, Ljubljanska ulica 17, 6310 Izola, Slovenia.
Article 7: Draw
The draw will the place at the main office of the organizer of the contest, Turistično združenje Izola, g.i.z., Ljubljanska ulica 17, 6310 Izola, Slovenia on Tuesday 30th of April 2019 at 11:00 hours.
Article 8: Informing the Winners and Collecting the Prize
The winners shall be published on the www.visitizola.com website. Furthermore, the winners shall be notified with an e-mail within 5 days after the draw. The winners shall send an e-mail with their personal data (Name and Surname, Address, Tax ID Number) to the organizer within 5 days of the publication of their name. The winners can claim their prizes at the main office of TZI.
In case a winner(s) will not submit their personal data in the provided deadline, it shall be assumed that they do not wish to get the prize and their claim to it will thus be void. In such an event, the organizer shall be free of any obligations with regard to such winner(s). It is the decision of the organizer whether such prize(s) shall be awarded to another person(s) or no further draw(s) will be held regarding that prize.
Each winner shall claim their prize within 30 days of receiving the notice from the organizer of the contest.
The organizer reserves the right to not award the prize(s) if:
· the winner(s) fail(s) to meet the requirements to claim the prize;
· any doubt arises about the validity of any of the data (false profile);
· it is determined that the user(s) participated in the contest in violation of the terms and conditions of the contest.
By participating in the contest, the participants agree in advance and give their consent that, in case they become winners, the organizer publishes their name and surname on website www.visitizola.com.
Each winner has the right to decline the prize. In case the winner(s) decline(s) the prize, it is understood that they do not wish to get the prize, and as such, the organizer shall be free of any obligations related to the contest with regard to such winner(s). At the same time, the organizer shall claim the right to use such prize(s) for any purpose the organizer deems fit. Prizes cannot be switched nor exchanged for money. The right to claim the prize is not transferable.
Article 9: Registering Your Prize with the Appropriate Tax Authority
The value of the prizes is bellow EUR 42.00. Therefore, according to the Slovenian Personal Income Tax Act (ZDoh-2), personal income tax is not deducted, and the value of the prize is also not included in the tax base of the recipient of the prize.
In the case that the winner is not a resident of the Republic of Slovenia, the taxation shall be subject to rules from the appropriate international treaties for the avoidance of double taxation. It is the responsibility of such a winner to take care of the taxation duties on their own.
Article 10: Draw Committee
The supervising committee of the draw consists of:
· Dean Kocjančič (TZI) – committee chairman
· Luca Stančič Kodarin (TZI) – member of the committee
· Nataša Frančič (TZI) – member of the committee
At least two of the members of the committee shall be present at each draw. The report of the draw will include the members of the committee present at the draw.
Article 11: Changing the Rules
The organizer reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the contest at any given moment due to content-related, commercial or technical reasons.
Article 12: Binding Rules
These Rules are binding for the organizer and all other parties that are at any time connected to the event and the granting of the prizes as well as for the participants that recognize these Rules and bind them selves to adhere to them. The rules as well as the terms and conditions of the contest shall be made available in full at www.visitizola.com for the entire duration of the contest. The interpretations of the individual parts of these Rules are in the responsibilities of the committee that appoints and authorises the legal office of the organizer for individual opinions and other legal tasks.
Any potential errors in the work of the committee and with the implementation of the contest shall be resolved by the committee in due time and in accordance with good business practices. In the event of a serious breach of these Rules, the committee has the right to cancel the contest as a whole and runs it again.
Article 13: Minors As Prize Winners
In the event of the winner being younger that 18 years of age, they shall be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 that has the right by law and/or by means of an appropriate authorisation to represent said minor.
Article 14: Consent
Each contest participant gives to the organizer their individual consent to have their date used and processed by a computer software for the purposes of the contest. The participants in the prize contest also agree that the organizer keeps, maintains and supervises all the collected personal data of individuals in accordance with the law, mainly the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (Uradni list RS št. 94/2007- UPB1). The organizer provides protection of personal data in accordance with the law. The participant of the prize contest authorizes the organizer to process the collected data for the purpose of informing about the prize game, notices about the offer, novelties on the destination, and for other marketing purposes.
Article 15: Dispute Settlement
Any dispute with regard to the draw shall be submitted to the competent court in Ljubljana
Article 16: Validity of the Rules
The Rules enter into effect on 30th of March 2019.
