28th Adria Classic 2026 – Vintage Vehicle Gathering
Location: Slovenian Istria, Izola - Ruda
Organizer: Association of Vintage Vehicle and Vessel Enthusiasts
Time: 10.00 am - 5.00 pm
On Saturday, 16 May, starting at 10:00, the gathering of vintage vehicles, the 28th ADRIA Classic 2026, will take place. More than 100 crews with classic cars built from the year 1900 onwards are expected to participate. They will arrive from Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Austria, and Germany.
The international event will take place along the coast and through the picturesque inland areas of Slovenian Istria. The approximately 62-kilometre route will begin in Spodnje Škofije (in front of the Valmarin restaurant) and continue towards the Secondary Technical School Koper (STŠ Koper), where skill-driving tests will be held. The route will then continue to Montinjan, Marezige, and Nova vas, where a stop is planned.
This will be followed by a descent into the Drnica River valley, an ascent towards Korte, and a continuation through Barede to Izola.
After a stop at Ruda and a drive to Koper, the vehicles will be parked at Ukmar Square.
Following a visit of the town, the participants will return to Škofije via the northern bypass and Ankaran Road. At the finish line, in front of the Valmarin restaurant, they will gather again between 16:00 and 17:00 for the awards ceremony and the presentation of trophies for the best rally results.
