The year has come full circle, and Delfin Beach will once again host the popular beer event – BIRCAFEST, bringing together top craft brewers from across Slovenia.

The event will take place on 16 May 2026 from 11:00 to 21:00 at Delfin Beach in Izola, where visitors will enjoy a unique combination of premium beer, seaside atmosphere, and a relaxed ambiance.

Selected craft brewers will present themselves at BIRCAFEST, each with their own story, character, and distinctive beer creations. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste a variety of beer styles, meet brewers in person, and engage in conversations about brewing processes, ingredients, and their passion for beer.

The programme will be enriched with live music and a diverse culinary offer prepared by Hotel Delfin.
