Cloud nine and La.terra are preparing a morning programme that combines pilates with clay sculpting. The event is designed to offer a calm start to December and a moment dedicated to the body, creativity and relaxation.
The event will take place on Saturday, 31 January. Through a guided pilates session and clay work, participants will explore the connection with their bodies and the material. The morning will conclude with a brunch in a pleasant setting.
The programme is suitable for individuals, couples or as a thoughtful gift.
Price: €60
Price for couples: €55 per person
Places are limited; early registration is recommended.
Required equipment:
– comfortable clothing for pilates
– a pilates mat or exercise pad
No prior experience is required. The event is intended for relaxed creativity, presence and a break from the daily pace.
