Ki (real name Kristina Oberžan) began her musical journey in 2020 with the song Punčka iz papirja (Paper Doll), which took 2nd place at the Slovenska nota 2021 festival and went viral on TikTok. In 2021, she won the Hit betona competition, and the following year, she joined Radio Študent’s Klubski maraton, where she was described as a “sorceress of intimate tales.”

She has performed at various festivals, including Mesto žensk, Floating Castle, Majske igre, KantFest, and Druga godba. In 2022, she also sang at two national celebrations broadcast by RTV Slovenia.

In 2023, she released her debut album KRiKi, featuring 12 original songs and receiving excellent reviews. In 2024, she re-released it with three additional tracks in collaboration with the label Celinka. That same year, she graduated in dramaturgy and performing arts from the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (AGRFT).
