Z'borke – performance by a feminist choir

For the twelfth consecutive year, Z'borke use song to challenge patriarchy, giving voice to the unheard and strength to those who are discriminated against, while loudly opposing capitalist exploitation. With a rich repertoire of linguistically and stylistically diverse protest songs, the choir functions as a living archive of feminist music.

Z'borke have performed at numerous festivals in Slovenia and abroad (Festival of Engaged Art, Rdeči revirji, Pisana Loka, Z'loGlasne, Festival Alternativer Chöre Wien, Autonomni Festival Žena Novi Sad, Festival of Protest Songs Hrastnik ...) and have sung both on the streets and on major stages of cultural institutions.
