Kirtan is an expression of love. It is meditation, it is song, it is a relationship between us and the Most High.

When we sing or listen to kirtans, their vibration silences our mind and leads us to where the heart opens to love.

Kirtans are music meant to worship the Divine and just being present at such an event has beneficial effects on the mind and body, not to mention the joy of the soul.
