The Days of Sardine the Queen are dedicated to the tastiest and healthiest blue fish, which has left a significant mark in Izola’s history. You’ll have two weeks to try sardines in various ways, beyond the classic fried or grilled. Have you ever tried them marinated or in combination with tomatoes?
