St. Martin's Days at the Kamin Restaurant

The Kamin Restaurant will serve a special "Martin's special" from 1.11. to 11.11.2024.

The event will culminate on 8.11.2024 with the "St Martin's Day at the Kamin Restaurant".

The menu is as follows:

Cold starter: Homemade duck ham, butternut squash, quail egg, goat's cheese and pomegranate
Soup: Pumpkin cream soup with orange, cayenne pepper and kefir
Warm starter: Homemade tarragon gnocchi with goose and porcini mushrooms
Main course: Pink duck breast with pumpkin cream, apple and nuts, wine sauce
Dessert: Chestnuts, kaki and grapes
