Only once a year does that special weekend arrive when colourful food trucks and trailers packed with delicious treats gather at Lonka. Once the handbrakes are pulled, the ovens are fired up and the serving hatches are opened, a true street food celebration begins.

Where should you go for a Friday snack, Saturday lunch or Sunday dinner when the food trucks roll into town? Lonka, of course.

Who will fill Izola with irresistible aromas?

Spudster is bringing one of the biggest street food hits – a generously loaded baked potato, available in Izola for the very first time.

Pizza Atelje 238 is a vintage Fiat and a familiar favourite among visitors, arriving with a large oven for authentic Neapolitan pizzas.

Crazy Chicken is the home of crispy chicken specialities – from burgers, wraps and chicken strips to wings and excellent fries.

Vafl. sladka postaja will serve outstanding waffles, delicious crêpes and tempting cakes.

Mangoop will be preparing burgers full of character that simply have to be tasted.

Sam Churros will offer the popular Spanish treat – freshly prepared churros.

Boš Bom will transform Lonka into a true embassy of Mexican cuisine for the weekend.

Mango Tree will prepare authentic Thai dishes, with its much-loved pad thai taking centre stage.

Gud Street Fud is the perfect choice for everyone who appreciates excellent burgers and top-quality finger food.

Beer Bulli, the most golden vehicle in the line-up, will pour several varieties of cold beer from inside its van.

Wine Trailer will offer wines from different wine-growing regions of Slovenia and bring plenty of good cheer to every glass.
