Six complete strangers, each with their own psychological problems, meet one fateful day in the waiting room of world-renowned psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Stern, a specialist in obsessive-compulsive disorders. Due to an unfortunate combination of circumstances and force majeure, Dr Stern is nowhere to be found and the waiting room is filling up relentlessly. Soon we are witnessing a clash of generations, social classes, beliefs and worldviews. As if this were not enough, the mood in the waiting room is further electrified by the incompatible interruptions of patients who are slowly losing patience.
Seriously Disturbed shows us how helpless modern man is in dealing with his own problems, obsessions and fears. But all is not lost, because it turns out that we are at our strongest when we forget ourselves for a moment and give our full attention to our neighbour.
