New Rhythms – Novi ritmi is a new curatorial concept developed as part of the Slovak Art Ways 2026 project in Slovenia.
Through video art, photography, graphic art and digital media, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on everyday life as a space shaped by personal stories, social relationships and contemporary challenges. The presented works explore landscape, movement, memory, technology, human relationships and the constantly changing world around us.
The opening programme includes a guided tour of the exhibition and the performance CHOREO_grafika – NEW RHYTHMS by Peter Valiska–Timečko and Tomáš Savkanič.
Curators: Adam Macko and Peter Valiska–Timečko
Participating artists: Peter Maščák, Erik Sikora, Ľubomír Slovinský, Lenka L. Lukačovičová, Michal Murin, Richard Kitta, Jozef Suchoža, Tomáš Savkanič, Peter Valiska–Timečko and Vladimír Vajs.
The project creates a space for dialogue between art, place and visitors while promoting cultural exchange between Slovenia and Slovakia.
