Tomi (4), Suzana (8), and Darko (10) visit their grandfather for the first time after losing their beloved grandmother. The house is filled with silence, and the grandfather seems distant and detached. Inspired by memories, Suzana takes on her grandmother’s role as the family storyteller. Through magical tales and boundless imagination, she tries to bring warmth back into her grandfather’s home and into their relationships. We are drawn into a magical world of a mysterious cat, a seemingly frightening monster, and a daring flying man. The stories are not only mysterious, dramatic, sad, and funny, but also help each family member cope with their loss.
