OM Chanting is an ancient technique, one of the most powerful group techniques on the planet, which is appropriate for complete beginners and experienced masters of yoga and meditation.
It was used by the ancient rishis of Himalayas and kept a secret until Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda made it available for general public in 2007.
Many have already experienced the power of OM Chanting and use the vibration for journeying into the depths of the soul. Others experience physical healings or deep calmness of the mind.
A special Grace of OM Chanting is that it affects the surroundings also! This is the reason why OM Chanting circles are called Cities of light.
