The Izola Public Library warmly invites you to the opening event of the Primorci Beremo 2025 project, which is now in its nineteenth consecutive year. The project has been successfully encouraging the people of the coastal region to read works by contemporary Slovenian authors.

This year, our special guest for the opening ceremony is Jure Godler, a versatile creator of musical, TV, radio, theatre, and online content, a master of comedy, and a remarkably prolific writer. His satirical crime novels have received enthusiastic praise from readers – and his latest, Operation Hollywood, is no exception.

Gregor Zalokar will lead the conversation with Jure Godler, covering topics such as creativity, comedy, crime fiction, eccentric secret agents, and much more. As they say themselves: prepare your questions – no topics are off-limits.
