Captain Tan-Tan is a true sailor. He and his monkey Neco have sailed around the world twice. One day, they are shipwrecked and barely escape. They have to repair their ship and reach their first port of call because the sea has taken all their food, especially bananas, the favourite food of the little monkey. But since Captain Tan-Tan has never set foot on land before, and since the rules of the road are different from those of the sea, he has a lot to learn before disembarking. It's a good thing he has a cheerful monkey by his side, who, with the help of the children, teaches him how to behave on the road.
