PERICA 2.0 Pro Max is the latest solo comedy show by Perica Jerković, who has brought together an excellent creative team for a comedic showdown with one crucial question – how do we avoid losing ourselves in the chaotic reality that lies ahead?
In a world that demands constant updates of ourselves, laughter is the last analogue rebellion.
We have already entered the new world of artificial intelligence. Autonomous robots mow our lawns, while ChatGPT solves our work-related problems and our children’s homework. But what about DeepSeek – are you familiar with it? And Copilot, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity – do you know those? Do you know what .ml means?
Hard to keep up, isn’t it? Perica feels the same. His 50th birthday is already on the horizon, his back hurts, his knees creak, and the new internet age, along with the endless stream of supposedly entertaining AI videos, looks to him like a series of grotesque images from a nightmare. He heard that his younger neighbour had programmed no fewer than five different AI agents to help with everyday work – and the news made him feel like a dinosaur.
Then one day, his wife buys him a voucher for a visit to the high-tech wellness centre R Ξ S Ξ T. She thinks he could use some kind of reboot.
“Is it something like WELLCUM?” he asks with a laugh as he drives towards his destination. No, dear Perica. The R Ξ S Ξ T centre offers much more than the short-term satisfaction of physical needs. Just be careful what you choose.
