Combining boutique beers and cheeses from the Vipava Valley - Kraft brewery Pelicon and boutique cheese shop Golden Ring Cheese will join forces to offer a unique taste experience that will delight your taste buds. New and unusual combinations are a real treat for all food lovers. This unexplored area of beer and cheese pairing will offer a unique culinary experience, exploring local raw materials and introducing a new dimension of flavours. Three levels of pairing will be presented - from the more delicate pairings between basic beer styles and well-known cheese styles, to medium-intensity pairings with complex beers and noble cheeses, to the more intense pairings that occur between beers aged in whisky barrels and unique cheeses aged for a year or more.
