Rules of the Prize Contest “World Tourism Day” Contest
Article 1: Call Organizer
Organizer of the of the "The Forgotten Secret of Izola prize contest" (hereafter: contest) is the tourist association Turistično združenje Izola, g. i. z., Sončno nabrežje 4, 6310 Izola, Slovenia (hereafter: TZI).
Article 2: Contest Duration
The contest takes place from 27 September until 29 September 2022.
Article 3: Contest Publication
The contest takes place on FB social media platform of @visitizola.
The aim of the contest is to encourage vitiors to book the experience The Forgotten Secret of Izola.
Article 4: Eligibility Terms and Conditions
The Contest includes everyone who answer correctly on the question in between 27 and 29 September 2022.
Article 5: The Prize
Two winners will be chosen among everyone who correctly answers. The winners will receive the following prize:

Experience The Forgotten Secret of Izola for two (2) persons equal to the amount of 35,00 €
Article 6: Participant Terms and Conditions
The contest is open for everyone who accepts these terms and conditions of participation.
The employees of TZI and affiliated companies that participate in the implementation of the contest, may not enter the contest.
Legal entities may not participate in the contest. All participants in the contest are aware of and agree to the general terms and conditions of the contest (hereafter: terms and conditions), made available at http://www.visitizola.com and existing in physical form at the organizer's head office, Sončno nabrežje 4, 6310 Izola, Slovenia.
Article 7: Winner Selection
The draw will take place at the head office of the organizer of the contest, Turistično združenje Izola, g.i.z., Sončno nabrežje, 6310 Izola on the 29 September.
Article 8: Informing the Winners and Collecting the Prize
The names of the winners will be published in the post, under the comments. Afterwards more info about the prize collection will be shared.
In case the winners don't submit their personal data in the required period, it will be assumed that they do not wish to get the prize and their claim to it will thus be void. In this case, the organizer shall be free of any obligations to such winner(s). It is the decision of the organizer whether the prize shall be awarded to another person or not.
Each winner shall claim their prize within 30 days of receiving the notice from the organizer of the contest. If the prize is not claimed, it is considered that the winner is renouncing the prize.
The organizer reserves the right to not award the prizes if:
the winner fails to meet the requirements to claim the prize;
any doubt arises about the validity of the data (false profile);
it is determined that the participant violated the terms and conditions of the contest.
By participating in the contest, the participants agree in advance and give their consent that, in case they win, the organizer can publish their name and surname on the web site www.visitizola.com.
Each winner has the right to decline the prize. In case the winner declines the prize, it is understood that they do not wish to get the prize, and as such, the organizer shall be free of any obligations to the winner. At the same time, the organizer shall claim the right to use the prize for other purposes. Prizes cannot be changed nor exchanged for money. The right to claim the prize is not transferable to a third party.
Article 9: Committee
The supervising committee of the draw consists of:

Luca Stančič Kodarin (TZI) – member of the committee
Nina Petelin (TZI) – member of the committee
Article 10: Rule Amendments and Modifications
The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the contest at any given moment due to content-related, commercial or technical reasons.
Article 11: Binding Rules
These Rules are binding for the organizer and all other parties that are at any time connected to the event and the granting of the prizes as well as for the participants that recognize these Rules and bind themselves to adhere to them. The rules as well as the terms and conditions of the contest shall be made available in full at www.visitizola.com for the entire duration of the contest. The interpretations of the individual parts of these Rules are in the responsibility of the committee, that appoints and authorises the legal office of the organizer for individual opinions and other legal tasks.
Any potential errors in the work of the committee and with the implementation of the contest shall be resolved by the committee in due time and in accordance with good business practices. In the event of a serious breach of these Rules, the committee has the right to cancel the contest as a whole and may carry it again with appropriate adjustments.
Article 13: Minors
Any winner younger than 18 shall be represented by a person over the age of 18 with the legal right or adequate authorisation document to represent the said minor.
Article 14: Consent
Each contest participant gives to the organizer their individual consent to have their data used and processed by a computer software for the purposes of the contest. The participants in the prize contest also agree that the organizer keeps, maintains and supervises all the collected personal data of individuals in accordance with the law, namely the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (Uradni list RS št. 94/2007- UPB1). The organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with the law. The participant of the prize contest authorizes the organizer to process the collected data for the purpose of informing about the prize game, notices about the offer, novelties on the destination, and for other marketing purposes.
Article 15: Dispute Settlement
Any dispute with regard to the contest shall be submitted to the competent court in Koper.
Article 16: Validity of the Rules
The Rules enter into effect on 27 September 2022.
