Mussels alla busara


Recipe by Restaurant Sidro

Ingredients for 2 persons:

-       700 dg mussels,

-       3 cloves of garlic,

-       3 sprigs of parsley,

-       olive oil,

-       2-3 dl white wine,

-       3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs,

-       salt and pepper (optional).

Inspect, wash, and clean the mussels. Discard any opened or damaged ones. Sauté the garlic in heated olive oil, add the mussels, and stir. Add the parsley and wine, and cook until the mussels open. Add the breadcrumbs, and stir until the sauce thickens.

Pay attention:

-      discard any mussels that don't open in the pan,

-      make sure you clean the mussels well and remove all sand.
