The participating teams will prepare and cook the salsa until 12:00, when it will be judged by an expert jury and the best salsa of 2023 will be selected, followed by a pasta tasting, which, as in previous years, will be contributed by Mlinotest.

Visitors are of course welcome and participating chefs are invited to register by 18.00 on Friday 11 August.
The traditional Istrian salsa is cooked without meat or similar additives, just onions, garlic, tomatoes, oil, salt, sugar and basil.
